Ripon Tennis Centre has a fully equipped gym and adjoining fitness studio. The gym has the latest cardiovascular and resistance equipment to suit everybody's fitness needs.

Our qualified personal trainer will provide you with a personal fitness-training program, free of charge, for new gym members.

Fitness classes

Pilates
Pilates is an exercise programme that has many benefits including improved flexibility, strength, balance, breathing and concentration. In conjunction with 'Yorkshire Exercise Company' we can offer morning or evening classes with some of the country's top instructors.
Personal Training
Our qualified personal trainer is available for advice on all your fitness queries and can provide you with your personal training programme.
Yoga
Yoga is said to provide a balanced and wholesome approach to achieving perfect physical and mental health, happiness and tranquillity. Our top instructors are affiliated with Yogas governing body 'The British Wheel Of Yoga'.
